Julia My 3 goal words
Flexibility:
I want to get more flexible. I want to get my left leg pull, my right bow and arrow and my middle splits down. I want to become more flexible to help me get more sots or a higher level in cheer.
Confidence:
I want to become more confident. I am a pretty quiet person and I think it's because I'm not that confident in myself. I want to be louder, talk to new people and make more friends. Or when I'm presenting in front of my class I get scared, mess up or stutter. I want to try and break those habits.
Focus:
I want to be more focused. I tend to zone out a lot or day dream when I should be paying attention. If I'm more focused maybe I can finish my homework faster and take less home because I finish it in class.
I like the variation in your choices Julia as they seem to address different aspects of your life. I am not sure what "sots" are in your flexibility section - could you explain a bit for the non-dancers or gymnasts in your audience? Confidence is always a good one to work on. Most people lack confidence in one or more areas of their life. For example, even though I teach and have done so for years, I still get nervous if I need to present to a group of adults. It puts me right back to that scared teenager who would turn red and have coughing fits as I got more nervous throughout the day, so I understand completely. Don't forget to introduce yourself and the 3 word challenge to your audience beyond our class.
